“射流松动泥沙”的机理及工程应用试验研究——射流引起的非均匀流全河段水面比降及垂线流速分布

泥沙清淤技术及其基础研究需要不断发展,通过自制射流发生装置,在水槽中对射流引起的非均匀流水面比降及垂线流速分布全河段变化特点进行了系统试验研究。由于射流的存在,水面比降及垂线流速分布发生较大变化。水面比降射流段上游的比无射流的小,射流段及其下游比无射流的大,而全河段水面比降比无射流时增大。垂线流速分布在射流段及其下游附近发生根本的变化,有射流时,水面附近的流速比底部流速小,垂线平均流速一般小于无射流。上述这些特点与水槽流量和射流量有关,一般而言,水槽流量越大,射流量越大,这些变化越显著。     

一类修正的Halley迭代法的统一收敛性定理

In this paper a class of modified Halley iteration methods for simultaneously finding polynomial zeros is discussed. A unified convergence theorem is proposed and the efficiency analysis is given.     

A finite type invariant of order at most 4 for genus 2 handlebody-knots is a constant map

We show that a finite type invariant of order at most 4 for genus 2 handlebody-knots is a constant map. For this purpose, we give a concrete basis for the vector space of all finite type invariants of order at most 4 for spatial theta-curves, which makes a correction to Koike?s result. Each invariant of the basis is derived from the HOMFLYPT polynomial of the associated 3-component link of a spatial theta-curve.     

Bifurcation set and number of limit cycles in Z2-equivariant planar vector fields of degree 5

An Z₂-equivariant polynomial Hamiltonian system of degree 5 with two perturbation terms is considered in this paper. The phase plane (a, b) is divided into 15 different regions which give the bifurcation set of the system. Using the bifurcation theory of planar dynamical system and the method of detection function, we obtain the bifurcation set and the configurations of compound eyes of the system with 21 or 23 limit cycles.     

Generating Uniformly Distributed Random 2‐Designs with Block Size 3

Jacobson and Matthews introduced the most hopeful method known for efficiently generating uniformly distributed random Latin squares. Cameron conjectures that the same Markov chain will also generate all of the other generalized 2‐designs with block size 3 uniformly at random. For a generalization of Latin squares, we give an affirmative result for any admissible parameter values. We also give the first insight and analysis into a generalization of the 1‐factorization of the complete graph by giving an affirmative result for some admissible parameter values. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. On the number of polynomials with small discriminants in the Euclidean and <Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis>-adic metrics

In this article it is proved that there exist a large number of polynomials which have small discriminant in terms of the Euclidean and p-adic metrics simultaneously. The measure of the set of points which satisfy certain polynomial and derivative conditions is also determined.     

Moderate deviation for the single point catalytic super-Brownian motion

We establish the moderate deviation for the density process of the single point catalytic super-Brownian motion. The main tools are the abstract Grtner-Ellis theorem, Dawson-Grtner theorem and the contraction principle. The rate function is expressed by the Fenchel-Legendre transform of log-exponential moment generation function.

Polynomial solution of the most general linear Fredholm integrodifferential–difference equations by means of Taylor matrix method

In this article, a Taylor matrix method is developed to find an approximate solution of the most general linear Fredholm integrodifferential–difference equations with variable coefficients under the mixed conditions in terms of Taylor polynomials. Also numerical examples are presented, which illustrate the pertinent features of the method. In some numerical examples, MAPLE modules are designed for the purpose of testing and using the method.
